1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pr999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pr999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-minors-gambling policies.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. pr999 is operated as an English-language platform serving the Indonesian market. Members must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of account activity unless otherwise explicitly permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether you have such capacity, you must seek independent legal advice before registering.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) active pr999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through proxies — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• Not a pr999 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a Member account or participate in real-money wagering on the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pr999 services, you must complete the registration process. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, your date of birth, and your preferred withdrawal bank account details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly notify pr999 of any changes via the support team at [email protected].

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to notify pr999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. pr999 will never ask for your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be treated as having been authorized by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance of the relevant activity.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) pr999 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure. All balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. pr999 uses IP tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations.

3.4 Account Accuracy

pr999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. In such cases, the platform may withhold any outstanding balance pending a full investigation, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering procedures.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

pr999 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing withdrawal requests above the minimum threshold or when triggered by risk-assessment protocols.

4.1 Required Documents

• Identity Document: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Ownership of Payment Method: A screenshot or bank statement confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document, taken within the last 30 days, may be requested for high-value accounts.

4.2 Verification Timeline

pr999 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–22:00 WIB). Members will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. If additional documents are required, the verification period will be extended accordingly.

4.3 Withholding Pending KYC

pr999 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Member.

5 Deposits

All deposits on pr999 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion at point of deposit is not supported.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pr999 currently accepts deposits via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also supported for eligible Members. Payment method availability may vary based on your account tier and verification status.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit per single transaction: Rp 50.000.000. Daily aggregate deposit limits may apply based on account tier. VIP Members may request higher limits by contacting the dedicated VIP support team.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your pr999 account within seconds under normal operating conditions. In rare cases of payment gateway congestion or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact support with your transfer receipt.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits

pr999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the source account, subject to a processing fee.

6 Withdrawals

pr999 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard withdrawals are processed within 3 to 5 minutes during operational hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). VIP Members receive priority processing with near-instant settlements.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per single transaction: Rp 100.000.000. Withdrawals exceeding this threshold must be processed in multiple transactions on separate business days, unless prior written approval from the pr999 Finance team has been obtained.

6.2 Withdrawal Eligibility

• The Member's KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal destination account must match the name on the Member's verified identity document.
• Any active rollover requirement linked to a bonus must be fully satisfied before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• pr999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal it deems unusual or above standard risk thresholds.

6.3 Withdrawal Rejection

pr999 may reject or delay a withdrawal in the following circumstances: incomplete KYC, active bonus rollover, suspected fraudulent activity, discrepancy between deposit and withdrawal account holder names, or ongoing account investigation. In all such cases, the Member will be notified via their registered email address with an explanation and, where possible, remediation steps.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pr999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the terms described in this clause, as well as any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be opted into explicitly. pr999 does not automatically credit bonuses to Member accounts without prior consent, except in the case of loyalty cashback that is part of a Member's VIP tier benefits.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• pr999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already accepted by Members.

7.2 Rollover Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to a rollover (turnover) requirement before they become withdrawable. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time of opt-in. As a general guideline: welcome bonuses carry a rollover of 5x–10x the deposit-plus-bonus amount; reload bonuses carry a rollover of 3x–7x; cashback bonuses carry a rollover of 1x. These multipliers are indicative and subject to change per specific promotion terms.

7.3 Game Contribution to Rollover

Not all games on the pr999 platform contribute equally to rollover requirements. Sports betting (pre-match and live) at odds of 1.50 or above contributes 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10%. Togel (traditional lottery) markets contribute 50%. Crash games contribute 50%. Specific promotion terms will override these general contribution rates where stated.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

pr999 employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market to lock in guaranteed returns, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and wagering exclusively on low-variance outcomes to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the pr999 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are available in the relevant sections of the platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by pr999. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where the Member has reached account betting limits, where there is suspicion of irregular wagering activity, or where odds have been posted in error.

8.2 Odds Errors (Palpable Errors)

In the event that odds are published due to a human or technical error at a price that is materially and obviously incorrect — a "palpable error" — pr999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at such incorrect odds, regardless of whether the market has settled. Members will be notified of any such voiding and their stake will be returned in full.

8.3 Match Abandonment and Postponement

For sports betting markets: if a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum qualifying period (typically 90 minutes for football, including stoppage time), all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original kick-off, bets will stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided.

8.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected markets. pr999 may suspend live betting markets at any time during an event due to technical issues, significant in-game events, or data feed interruptions. Bets placed and confirmed prior to a suspension are considered valid. Bets placed after a suspension is activated but before the suspension is visually reflected on the Member's screen are subject to review and may be voided if placed after the triggering event.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pr999 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple Account Operation: Registering, using, or benefiting from more than one pr999 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false or fabricated identification documents, impersonating another individual, or registering on behalf of a third party without their explicit documented consent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players on the platform to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or exploit live dealer games through cooperative signaling.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing opposing bets across markets or platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit, commonly known as "surebetting" or "arbing".
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates betting decisions or actions on the platform without prior written authorization from pr999.
• Exploitation of Software Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in pr999's software, games, or payment systems for financial gain. Members who discover such vulnerabilities are encouraged to report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Money Laundering: Using pr999 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds originating from illegal sources, or to obscure the origin of funds through betting activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to pr999. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance will be withheld.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Any Member may request voluntary closure of their pr999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, all verified withdrawable balances will be processed to the Member's nominated withdrawal account, and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

10.2 Closure Due to Responsible Gaming

Members who wish to close their account due to problem gambling concerns may request a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period of six (6) months. For more information, see Clause 11 and visit our Responsible Gaming page.

10.3 Involuntary Suspension or Closure by pr999

pr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected or confirmed Prohibited Conduct; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; provision of false registration information; receipt of a chargeback; or any other breach of these Terms. Where a suspension is initiated for investigative purposes, pr999 will aim to communicate the reason within 48 hours and resolve the investigation within 14 business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

pr999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core platform principle. Gambling should always be approached as a form of entertainment, never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure notifications to alert them after a specified period of continuous platform use.
• Temporary Time-Out: Members may suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login is disabled and no deposits can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion for a minimum of six (6) months, during which access to the platform is fully blocked. Extension requests can be submitted before the exclusion period ends.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the pr999 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pr999 or its licensed third-party suppliers. No content from the pr999 platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of pr999. Unauthorized use of pr999 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pr999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profit resulting from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or server downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
• Errors in game or odds data attributable to third-party data providers.
• Financial losses arising from your gambling decisions on the platform.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data arising from your use of the pr999 platform.

pr999's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the pr999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• pr999 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the minimum period required to fulfill the purposes listed above and to comply with applicable legal retention obligations.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to legal retention requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pr999 will notify active Members via their registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 10.1. 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pr999 holds its international operating license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the pr999 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pr999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent Prohibited Conduct.

You acknowledge that, as a resident of Indonesia, certain aspects of online gambling may be subject to local regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pr999 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. pr999 does not represent or warrant that the services it provides are legal in all jurisdictions from which the platform may be accessed.
